This policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account and personal data from the Al-Motakhases app by Ahmed Sobhy (hereby referred to as "Application").

The Application does not currently offer an in-app option to delete your account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to almohktas@gmail.com from the email address or account details registered with the Application, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

• The email address, phone number, or username registered with your account
• Any additional information needed to verify your identity and locate your account

Once your request is verified, the following will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Personal information you provided (such as name, contact details, and profile data)
• Your activity data within the Application (such as progress, submissions, and notifications)

We may retain certain information for a limited period where required to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any data retained for these purposes will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted once it is no longer required.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email at almohktas@gmail.com once your account and data have been deleted.
